Account Creation and Security
When registering with g95, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual is allowed to create only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
- Keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
- Accounts may not be transferred or shared with others.
- You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, please report it to the g95 support team immediately.
- G95 may request identity documents or other verification at any time to validate information provided.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
While using the g95 platform, you must comply with the following rules:
- Any attempt to hack, scrape, or access any part of the platform without authorization is prohibited.
- Using the platform for fraud, cheating, or harm to other users is strictly prohibited.
- Using bots, automated software, or any unfair techniques to gain gaming advantages is prohibited.
- Collecting or misusing other users’ personal information is prohibited.
- Using the g95 platform for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on g95 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via authorized local mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposit: Minimum deposit limits are set based on amount and method. Confirmation with transaction ID is required after depositing.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals usually take 6–72 hours to process. Delays may occur if identity verification is incomplete.
- Fraud Prevention: Suspicious transactions may be suspended by g95 until verification is complete.
- Bonuses & Promotions: Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly and must meet the wagering requirements first.
- Taxes: Any taxes or charges applicable to transactions are the user’s responsibility.
G95 reserves the right to correct any technical errors or incorrect deposit amounts appropriately.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
G95 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following conditions:
- In cases of multiple accounts or identity fraud.
- Using bots or automated software to gain unfair advantage is prohibited.
- In cases of money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
- Registering with false information or submitting fake documents for verification.
- In case of any breach of terms and conditions.
If an account is closed with a valid remaining balance, g95 will take appropriate steps to refund within a reasonable timeframe at its sole discretion.
Liability and Intellectual Property
Liability Limitation
The g95 platform is provided "as is." g95 is not responsible for any losses caused by technical disruptions, internet disconnections, or server issues. Any financial losses incurred from betting or gaming are entirely at the user’s own risk. g95 does not guarantee any winnings.
Intellectual Property
All content on the g95 platform — logos, design, software, game interfaces, text, and graphics — are g95’s own assets or licensed material. Reusing, copying, or distributing any content without permission is forbidden.
Third-Party Connections
The g95 platform uses third-party payment services (such as bKash and Nagad). These services have their own terms and conditions, and g95 is not liable for any issues arising from them. It is recommended to read the third parties’ policies before using their links or services.
